We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team at The Palms  a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being during the evening shift (11PM-7AM).

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and implement assigned treatments
• Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues to the nursing team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and respecting resident privacy
• Participate in rounds, reporting and addressing any concerns or issues with the nursing team
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 0 years of experience (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
