CNA, Healthcare Nursing

The Palms at Sebring, a respected healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a CNA at The Palms at Sebring, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, providing exceptional care and support in a warm and welcoming environment.

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, assistance with daily living activities, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our residents.
As a CNA 3pm-11pm, you will play a vital role in our evening shift, ensuring a smooth transition of care from day to night.

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services

• Work effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate resident care

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
