Health Plus is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team in Sebring, FL.
- Experience:Minimum 2-4 year of experience in a primary care setting required.
- Education:Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
- Licensure:Active FL license with no restrictions
- Department:Family Medicine
- Schedule:Full Time
- Salary: 90K–95K a year, Productivity Bonus + Full Benefits

Sebring, FL - Schedule:
Mon, Tue, Thur 7:30am-5pm | Wed 7:30am-4:00pm | Fri 7:30am-1:00pm NO WEEKENDS - Patient Load: 20-25 PPD
