Job Description:

Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus (If Eligible) Up to $15,000 Relocation Bonus (If Eligible) Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions. Demonstrates critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations. Fosters a culture of psychological safety, where the team members feel supported, valued, empowered to speak up, share concerns, and contribute meaningfully.

Promotes evidence-based practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning. Provides ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency levels. Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns and provide guidance. Prepares the unit for audits and surveys, by monitoring and maintaining unit compliance with regulatory standards, accrediting, hospital policies while coordinating staff education to maintain competencies and preparedness.

Manages nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care. Manages budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial and operational goals. Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing service programs to ensure quality nursing and patient care. Other duties as assigned.

• Must be detail oriented and must have an excellent understanding of applicable nursing, clinical and patient statutory policies and regulations. [Required]

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

• Related clinical experience you would expect of a person who has led other leaders. [Required]
• ICU experience

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]
