Position:
Part-Time Sales Merchandiser based in Sebring

What You Will Do:

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will stock, replenish, merchandise, and provide excellent customer service at designated accounts, primarily during day shifts including weekends. You will be the main Coke Florida presence in customer accounts, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are ordered to meet consumer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements according to standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels, including shelf and cold equipment, minimizing out-of-stock situations.
  • Place timely and accurate orders based on promotional calendars and store needs.
  • Manage back stock and trade breakage.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers.
  • Ensure merchandising standards, organize backroom inventory, and keep equipment and shelves clean.
  • Transport and replace point of sale advertising as needed.
  • Maintain punctuality and comply with policies and safety standards.
Qualifications Needed:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Personal vehicle for work hours, valid driver’s license, and insurance
  • Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jacks and lift products
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Clean driving record
Additional Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ year sales/merchandising experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and computer skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs
  • Work in hot/humid environments
  • Stand for 8-10 hours and walk for at least 4 hours
  • Use of audio headsets for directions
