Join Five Below as a Seasonal Sales Associate. This part‑time, hourly position starts at $14.00 per hour.

• Greet and assist customers promptly, addressing multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns, turning returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management regarding restocking, services, and customer feedback in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store and company objectives, contributing to a positive work environment.

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable using or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices.
• Good communicator who engages with customers.
• Handles customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Uses basic information‑gathering skills to solve problems.
• Can learn procedural knowledge through on‑the‑job training.

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Frequently move merchandise up to 25 lbs, placing/removing items up to 5‑10 feet tall.
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor.
• Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face‑to‑face, and with managers and coworkers.
• Frequently move across the sales floor assisting customers and retrieving and putting away merchandise from/to the stock room.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, and travel if required.
• Identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Remain in a stationary, upright position for 80 % of the time.
