The Seasonal Sales Associate is a part-time, on-site role located in Sebring, FL. In this position, the associate supports daily store operations, including greeting guests, assisting with merchandise selection, and providing efficient, friendly service at the sales floor and fitting rooms. The role involves stocking and organizing merchandise, maintaining clean and visually appealing displays, and supporting pricing and signing updates. Seasonal Sales Associates also help with cashiering, returns, and exchanges, follow loss prevention and safety procedures, and work collaboratively with team members to meet sales and service goals.

The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak retail periods.

• Customer service and retail sales skills, including the ability to engage guests, understand their needs, and provide helpful product guidance.
• Merchandising and store presentation skills, such as organizing stock, replenishing displays, and maintaining a neat, appealing sales floor.
• Point-of-sale and cash handling skills, including accurately processing transactions, returns, and exchanges and following cash control procedures.
• Communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively, follow direction, and interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Reliability and time-management skills, including punctuality, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and perform basic physical tasks associated with retail work, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required; a willingness to learn and a positive, guest-focused attitude are essential.
• Minimum age as required by local law and company policy; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
