*** About the Role
*** Reporting to Senior Accounting Manager, the Entry-Level Accountant will perform a variety of general accounting duties. The focus of this position will be daily bank reconciliation, journal entries, G/L account analysis and reconciliation, and maintain various schedules for month end closing. The Entry-Level Accountant is required to get the job done in a timely manner, ensuring meet all deadline. In addition, the Entry-Level Accountant is responsible for maintaining accounting records in an orderly manner.

*** Responsibilities and Essential Functions
**** Perform daily bank reconciliation
* Maintain various schedules for month end closing
* Prepare and enter adjusting journal entries, prepaid and accrual as needed
* Be responsible for GL account reconciliation and analysis for subsidiary companies
* Reconcile internal subsidiary financials with outside accounting firm
* Assist outside accounting firm with reconciliation, work papers as needed
* Maintain various accounting records for the interim and the year end audit
* Support to staff and other employees in invoices coding, ensure proper GL coding
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned  
*** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
**** Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Detailed oriented and organized
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Strong communication skill
* Ability to work in a confidential manner due to access to sensitive information
* Knowledge of SAP preferred

* *** Bachelor’s degree in accounting
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar role##
