Job Description
Seeking an experienced Accountant / CPA to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AP, AR, GL, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Manage inventory accounting, COGS analysis, and reconciliations.
- Support audits, 1099 reporting, and U.S. GAAP compliance.
- Use Net Suite for accounting operations and financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Active CPA license mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Hands-on Net Suite experience mandatory.
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience in inventory accounting and financial reporting preferred.
- Must be available to work 100% onsite in Secaucus, NJ.
