Pay Range
Pay Range: $180,000 - $200,000 per year

Responsibilities
• Develop portfolio strategy and long‑term roadmap for the entire product portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and differentiation.
• Maintain market awareness and share insights with stakeholders.
• Conduct in‑depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify unmet needs.
• Prioritize investments across the portfolio using data‑driven business cases and financial modeling.
• Build strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and industry influencers.
• Guide product positioning, value proposition, and messaging for the payer market.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to commercialize products and support go‑to‑market strategies.
• Represent the portfolio in client conversations, partner engagements, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with innovation, development, sales, marketing, and medical affairs to align execution.
• Track product performance metrics and make data‑based decisions on investment, pivot, or divestment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, FDA, GDPR, and other healthcare standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or Information Technology.
• 8–12 years of Product Management experience, supporting software development.
• Experience creating portfolio roadmaps and prioritizing products based on market intelligence.
• Knowledge of healthcare content, data analytics, informatics, software, and IT products.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence; comfortable presenting to senior executives.
• Experience managing portfolios of multiple health care products through full life cycle.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Preferred experience with SAFe Agile, portfolio management, and negotiation frameworks.
