Job Description
The principal trainer (PT) works with the training manager, application coordinators, and application managers to develop and maintain the training program for roles in their application. PTs for applications that train clinicians also work with specialty champions.

The position can be based in one of the following locations;
Secaucus, NJ, Lenexa, KS, Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL, Schaumburg, IL.
Note:
this is a hybrid opportunity (3 days in office & 2 days WFH).
Pay Range
: $115,000 - $130,000 / year. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Successful candidates may receive annual performance bonus compensation.

- Develop role‑based training content, independently or with team members, using a variety of software programs, tools, and applications
- Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials
- Maintain policy and procedure documentation
- Incorporate feedback to improve training and training administration procedures
- Learn new content and consult with subject matter experts to develop training materials and answer participant questions
- Assist with building and testing training environments and provide support and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with other trainers by co‑facilitating classroom instruction and assisting with exercises as needed
- Prepare training lessons, print materials, and set up the training room prior to sessions
- Present information verbally and in writing in a clear and easy‑to‑understand manner
- Follow up with trainees outside the classroom to offer additional support
- Train and credential additional classroom trainers as needed
- Train staff and end users by teaching technical topics as needed
- Manage projects by prioritizing tasks and creating and adhering to timelines

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Certified Project Management (CPM)
- English required
- Ability to work onsite with project team as needed
- Travel 30%
