• Education

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and experience.
• Licensing

  Company will sponsor NJ State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66; existing licenses are a plus.

• Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): 120‑day hands‑on training.

  : 20th Edition financial professional pay of $32,400 annually with biweekly stable pay for the first 24 months.
