Role Highlights- Client Engagement

Build and nurture client relationships through events and portfolio management, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking. - Financial Strategy Development

- FINRA Sponsorship for required licensing.
- Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): 120‑day hands‑on training.

- Sign‑On Payment Eligibility
: $250–$1,000 after PEP completion. - Stable Pay
: 20th Edition financial professional pay of $32,400 annually with biweekly stable pay for the first 24 months. - Commissions & Bonus eligibility beyond stable pay.
