Base salary: $106,500 - $195,100 per year

Clients range from family‑owned businesses to private‑equity‑owned companies, all of whom are high‑growth private entities. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically demanding tax planning and compliance projects, collaborate with a global team, and develop both your technical tax knowledge and your professional leadership.

• Research tax issues and develop effective tax planning strategies.
• Translate complex data from a range of sources into client‑ready insights and deliverables.
• Build long‑term client relationships, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored services.
• Communicate complex tax issues to non‑tax professionals and clients.
• Maintain your reputation by continuously updating and sharing technical knowledge.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of tax professionals, reviewing work and ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to excel.
• Identify and respond to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with significant tax, business, or financial planning experience.
• CPA certification or membership in the Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of professional services or tax organization experience.
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust taxation.
• Experience with flow‑through entities (S‑Corps, Partnerships, LLCs).
• Understanding of automated tax processing systems.
• Knowledge of gift, estate and trust tax planning and compliance is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• Proven record in a professional services environment.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt work style to collaborate with both internal and client teams.
