Therapist I, MST | Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI)

Join our mission‑driven team as an MST Therapist at our CSI Secaucus, NJ location. You will provide intensive, home‑based therapy to adolescents and their families who are involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk of out‑of‑home placement. MST Therapists may travel up to 90 minutes from the CSI Secaucus office.

Base pay range: $60,000 – $65,000 per year

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify presenting problems, strengths, and systemic factors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on Multisystemic Therapy principles.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at‑risk youth and their families.
• Implement crisis management strategies as needed to address immediate safety concerns.
• Participate in individual and group supervision and training to enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
• Collaborate with other professionals and service providers in the client’s ecosystem.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Bachelor’s Degree considered with experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• Residence within 90 minutes travel time of the designated service area.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while meeting program deadlines.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Commitment to cultural competence and trauma‑informed practice.
