Delta Galil Industries, established in 1975, is a global manufacturer and marketer of private‑label apparel for men, women, and children. The company owns leading fashion brands such as 7 For All Mankind, Schiesser, PJ Salvage, Eminence, Delta, and more.

The System Administrator provides first‑line technical support and helps maintain IT systems—including servers, networks, and end‑user devices. The role involves monitoring system performance, resolving basic technical issues, and escalating complex problems to higher‑level support.

• Manage and maintain network equipment for 65+ retail stores, providing day‑to‑day support for internet and Wi‑Fi connectivity to MPOS and other devices.
• Maintain on‑premises VMware virtualization environment (vSphere 8.x) to ensure optimal performance, resource allocation, and uptime.
• Administer Windows‑based MS SQL servers, file servers, and print servers, managing folder/file permissions and ensuring secure access, availability, and efficient resource usage.
• Provide daily support for Office 365 services, including email troubleshooting, filtering, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive.
• Diagnose and resolve network and wireless connectivity issues, perform routine maintenance and upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
• Deliver remote and on‑site IT support to branches and satellite offices, ensuring consistent service delivery and issue resolution.
• Administer Web Ex phone system, handling user provisioning, extension management, and troubleshooting.
• Provide escalated support across corporate and retail environments, including device setup, software installation, network diagnostics, remote assistance, and executive‑level support to ensure smooth IT operations.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment (retail industry a plus).
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365, and cloud‑based services.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routers, switches).
• Knowledge of Linux operating system and Power Shell scripting is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Hybrid role with 4 days in our NJ office.

Pay Range: $120,000/yr – $133,000/yr (actual salary may vary).
