• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
• Hands‑on experience in SDM (Secondary Distribution Management), PAT (Process Automation Toolset), RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operation), data collation including the Rack Ticket feature using Process Ticket.
• Engage with key business users to gather and define detailed functional requirements.
• Lead the functional design and solutioning efforts for IS‑Oil SDM and RFNO modules.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and readiness; provide leadership during rollout and support the business during go‑live.

• Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year degree).
• Typically 4 – 6 years of relevant experience.
• System configuration experience.
• Proficiency in the system development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80%.
• 8+ years of experience with SAP IS‑Oil.
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• At least two end‑to‑end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
• A strong background in technology analysis and implementation.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP Certifications.
• Experience with at least one full‑cycle implementation of your core module.
• Additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
• Experience in leading cross‑functional teams.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $142,600 to $261,500 (US) and special ranges for key metro areas.
