Job Description

The Service Now Solution Architect is a leadership role focused on designing and implementing Service Now solutions to meet organizational needs. They are responsible for the overall architecture, design, and integration of the Service Now platform, ensuring it aligns with strategic business goals and technical standards. This involves analyzing business processes, developing technical solutions, and guiding the implementation and integration of Service Now with other systems.

Pay

Range

$155,000 - $165,000 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities
  • Experienced Service Now Architect with proven capability and experience to support building Service Now Capability.
  • Design accountability for Organization's Service Now strategic platform
  • Lead the Service Now design and enhancement activities across Enterprise Service Now program of work, ensuring the technical integrity of any Service Now projects
  • Assures technical integrity of proposed solutions by ensuring that co-ordination, Organization's governance and change control are applied to technical specifications and to the technical infrastructure. Advises on the impact of design options to related programs and on the process for assessing such impact.
  • Co-ordinates design and development activity within a program, acting as custodian of plans and policy for the platform.
  • Stays current on Service Now products, architecture and applicable integrated technologies
  • Responsible for supporting, developing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining the Service Now platform. The role will work closely with the business, 3rd party development partner and IT teams.
Qualifications

Required

Work Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in the Service Now platform support
  • 5+ years of experience liaising with stakeholders
  • 5+ years of leading a team of developers
  • Significant role in implementation and support of Service Now including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, BCM, Field Service Mgmt modules.
  • Service Now platform certification(s)
