• Manage a comprehensive commercial insurance program, including working with brokers and coordinating with audits of risk management and insurance.
• Analyze exposures, set pricing, and make acceptance decisions within underwriting authority.
• Communicate coverage and technical differences clearly to brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders and review insurance contracts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with management and stay current on legal, regulatory, and case law developments that impact underwriting practice.
• Prepare reports on insurance coverage, premiums, and claims for upper management.
• Manage certificates of insurance, claims, and the full claims process cycle.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in risk management, insurance, or a related compliance role, preferably within insurance.
• Skilled at multitasking, communicating effectively, and driving tasks through to completion.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy structures, terms, and conditions.
• Demonstrated experience managing a comprehensive commercial insurance program.
• Experience managing certificates of insurance and claims and the full claims process cycle.
