Your Role

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate creation and setting of KPIs as it relates to and aligns with organizational goals

Maintain set budgets, monitor positive cash flow, and control P/L

Spearhead and oversee the pricing and business development/sales strategies for the team

Ensure training for team members

Troubleshoot sensitive and key issues to uphold high customer satisfaction and operational levels

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, strategic partners, and vendors as it aligns with strategic goals of organization

Review and (dis) approve accounts payable and accounts receivable as submitted by team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

6-8 years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain

6+ years of experience of working in multiple operational functions and principles, including, finance, customer service, supply chain, operations (preferred)

6+ years in conflict management and business negotiation processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Proficient in Korean
