Summary:

Pierre Fabre USA is seeking a Brand Marketing Project Manager with a strong focus on skills involving product development and project management to support the execution of globally developed skincare and haircare innovations for the US market. Experience and expertise in FDA OTC product marketing experience required (specifically in Acne, Sunscreen, Anti-dandruff and/or other FDA OTC products). Acting as an integral extension of the US Brand Marketing team, this role will work in close partnership with the Global Product Development team and local US CDMO, helping to drive projects forward and ensure seamless adaptation and execution of global innovation strategies within the US business.

This role bridges the gap between strategic brand vision, category expertise, and operational execution, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional alignment, and excellence in product go-to-market strategy.

The ideal candidate brings experience in the beauty or skincare industry, a track record of managing complex, multi-phase projects, and a passion for science-backed innovation, consumer-centric solutions, and collaborative cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Product Management:

  • Lead and manage the US project workstream for global product launches—from concept brief to US market launch—ensuring timely, on-budget execution aligned with US strategic goals.
  • Partner with Global Product Development, R&D, and CDMO to support and advocate for US needs during formulation, testing, and innovation planning.
  • Use US industry knowledge, consumer trends, and brand science to support data-driven product development recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Global team and internal cross-functional partners (Regulatory, Packaging, Finance, Operations, Medical Affairs, etc.) to align on timelines, milestones, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project status meetings, providing clear updates and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Oversee packaging artwork and copy development in collaboration with Creative, Regulatory, and Global counterparts and advocate for US perspectives and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing Director and Finance to conduct pricing analysis and P&L modeling in support of launch viability.
  • Support go-to-market strategy by developing compelling product communication, validated claims, and marketing assets tailored to the US market.

Strategic Innovation & Road mapping:

  • Work closely with the US Brand Marketing team and Global Innovation & Product Development teams to build and refine the 3-year US innovation pipeline for skincare and haircare.
  • Translate US consumer needs and market opportunities into actionable project briefs that align with global timelines and brand objectives.
  • Contribute to US portfolio strategy by analyzing competitive activity, category performance, and white space opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between US Marketing and Global Brand Marketing teams,…
