Comfort Keepers of Secaucus & Nutley seeks part time RN.

• Flexible Schedule 10 to 15 hours a week

• Initial Assessment - Assess the physical, psychosocial, and environmental status of assigned clients in a systematic and continuous manner to provide required client services and nursing skills to individual clients in their homes. Review medications instructions with client and caregiver according to company policy.
• Plan Of Care - Oversees plan of care, verifying caregiver’s skills and client’s needs.
• 60-days supervisory visit - with client and caregiver.
• 30-day client calls - follow up with client and caregiver
• Caregiver placement & Competency - Interact and provides information on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Medical assessment – take vitals, review physical condition & medication list review during initial assessment and 60 days supervisory visit.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Updated physical based on state requirements including MMR inoculations
• Updated TB results/ Chest x-ray

  Serving clients in Hudson County and communities in Bergen and Essex County.

  This position is open at our Secaucus, NJ office located at 58 Harmon Cove Tower #58, Secaucus, NJ 07094. Our office serves clients in Hudson County and communities in Bergen and Essex Counties and this position may require travel within the area.
