Production Assistant - Apparel

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Our client, an apparel manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Assistant to join their team in Secaucus, NJ!

Responsibilities:

• Manage factory communication and negotiations
• Setup and maintain cost sheets
• Monitor WIP reports
• Develop and maintain production calendar to ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure quality control
• Develop purchase orders
• Track and receive shipments

Qualifications:

• 1+ years' experience in production
• Strong knowledge in wholesale apparel
• Prior experience working with big box retailers such as Costco is a plus
• Detail-oriented
• Impeccable time management skills with great sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-pace environment
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Bachelors in design or related field
