Join Hallmark Cards as a part‑time Field Merchandiser. Work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and support local store teams in optimizing product placement and maintaining inventory levels. You may also support seasonal resets and installations, and work with other products in the stores you service.

As a Field Merchandiser, you will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, support seasonal resets, install fixtures, and provide holiday support. You will also tend to seasonal resets and support other team members as needed.

• Starting pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour, depending on skill level.
• Part‑time position with variable schedule during the week.
• Average weekly hours: 8 - 12 hours per week.
• Availability required before and after major holidays, including weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory using a mobile device. Communicate with supervisor, provide feedback and answers surveys.
• Holiday support:
  Work additional days and extended hours around holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May work on the holiday itself, including weekends.
• Department resets:
  Install fixtures, relocate card departments and products, reset card sections, notified two weeks in advance. May involve evenings or weekends.
• Team support:
  Assist other team members as needed in your territories.

Physically demanding job. Must push, pull, lift, and carry cartons and fixtures up to 30 pounds daily and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may climb stairs and ladder.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Can lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital hand‑held device to read documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi network and internet.
• Consistent transportation to and between assigned stores.
