Sales Specialist –

Base Pay Range: $19.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services.
- Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options.
- Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages to guide customers through every step.
- Set clear expectations and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe; monitor inventory and drive in-stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
