Staff IT Enterprise Applications Software Developer (T3)

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate Staff Software Developer to design, develop, and deploy software solutions. Your responsibilities include translating user requirements, defining system functionality, and writing code in various languages. You will be involved in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to testing and deployment, building high‑quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design.

• Design, develop, and conduct custom application testing as per user requirement.
• Analyze and estimate the impact of potential upgrade or migration of the existing solution.
• Design and implement software projects using C#.
• Document technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot end‑user issues.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• Expertise in C# web development with the .NET framework.
• Experience with web development and MVC/MVVM design patterns (Angular
  
  JS or Knockout
  
  JS preferred).
• Working experience with relational databases and SQL; familiarity with a Data Access Layer framework.
• Ability to translate user requirements into technical implementation and break tasks down for the team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio as IDE.
• Experience with source control (SVN or Git Hub).
• Strong verbal communication skills and team collaboration.
• Plus: experience with responsive design and knowledge of Bootstrap
  
  CSS, Material Design, or Ionic.

Base salary for this position ranges from $82,500 to $110,600 annually, based on experience, skills, education, and certifications. Additional incentives may include performance‑based bonuses.
