At CJ Logistics, our Ocean Import-Export Coordinator is primarily responsible for operationally filing entry documents, tracking, and updating the movement of ocean freight, and ensuring compliance with import and export clearance regulations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love problem-solving, this role is for you!

Pay Range: $20.50 - $22.87 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

• Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments daily
• Work collaboratively with the Traffic Department and Accounting to provide top‑outcome, timely, and efficient service to customers
• Monitoring of reports
• Accurate and timely billing to customers
• Providing customer service via email and telephone correspondence to address customer questions and concerns
• Ensure customer needs are consistently met and assist to resolve inquiries
• Expedite clearance and delivery to exceed customer requirements
• Work well in a team environment and assist other peers when needed
• Maintaining good relationships with various vendors such as carrier, truckers, terminals, etc.
• Process and manage import and/or export shipments
• Prepare price quotes on international freight
• Prepare necessary documents for shipments
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers as well as vendors specifically steamship lines and customs
• Research and resolve operational problems
• Ensure customer needs are consistently met and assist to resolve inquiries
• Expedite clearance and delivery to exceed customer requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)
• Excellent listening and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and manage time effectively
• Previous experiences in logistics, cargo management, supply chain, customer service, dispatcher, warehouse, logistics specialist, administrative assistant, data entry, transportation, and logistics analyst is preferred

• Pay Range: $20.50 - $22.87 per hour
