Job Summary:
Keystone Freight is seeking skilled, dependable Regional Truck Drivers to join our team based in Secaucus, NJ. This role involves regional, longer-distance routes while prioritizing daily home time for our drivers. All freight is no-touch
, with select store deliveries utilizing drop-and-hook operations. A valid CDL with a double’s endorsement is required for this position.
What We Offer Our Truck Drivers:
- Home Daily
- Pay: $29 per hour
- Average Weekly: $1400 to $1500
- Sunday to Thursday
- Shift: 4:00pm start

New Jersey, New England, Connecticut, Maryland, New Hampshire, Massachusetts - Modern, Well-Maintained Equipment, operate newer yard trucks in top condition.

- Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience) within the last 3 years
- Must maintain a safety-focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
- Current DOT physical certification
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
- Strong safety awareness and ability to operate vehicles in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail with commitment to following safety procedures
- Physical stamina to sit for extended periods and operate equipment safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Physical Demands:
- Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and feet to operate vehicles, controls, and equipment.
- Heavy Lifting: Occasional lifting, carrying, and securing cargo, sometimes over 50 lbs.
- Extended Sitting: Long periods of sitting while operating vehicles for multiple days.
- Focus & Navigation: Continuous concentration on driving, navigation, and situational awareness.

Hours:
Work may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and overnight trips. - Weather Exposure: Loading and unloading operations may occur in various weather conditions.
- Climbing & Balancing: Entering/exiting truck cabs and trailers and securing cargo safely.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment.
