Join the Drive My Way team as a CDL A Local Dry Van Driver in Secaucus, NJ. You will drive a dry van daily, with occasional regional travel. Successful drivers may receive safety bonuses and are eligible for double endorsements.

• Weekly average: $1,400 to $1,500
• $29 per hour
• Bonuses: quarterly safety bonuses, clean roadside inspection bonus, driver referral bonus

• Dry van doubles trailers
• Day cab
• Automatic transmission

• At least 23 years of age
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year Class A driving experience or equivalent military experience within last 3 years
• Double endorsement required
• Clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English per DOT regulations
• Pass DOT pre‑employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
• Current DOT physical certification
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
• Strong safety awareness and ability to operate vehicles in a fast‑paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail with commitment to safety procedures
• Physical stamina to sit for extended periods and operate equipment safely
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Must live within 25 miles of Secaucus, NJ

• Manual dexterity: frequent use of hands and feet to operate vehicle controls
• Heavy lifting: occasional lifting, carrying, securing cargo, sometimes over 50 lbs.
• Extended sitting: long periods sitting while operating vehicles for multiple days
• Focus & navigation: continuous concentration on driving, navigation, and situational awareness
• Variable hours: may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, overnight trips
• Weather exposure: loading/unloading may occur in various weather conditions
• Climbing & balancing: entering/exiting truck cabs and trailers, securing cargo safely
• Safety compliance: follow all safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment
