Automation & DTC Fulfillment Supervisor

DC Industries is seeking a hands‑on supervisor to manage our Pio warehouse automation grid and direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) order fulfillment. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee e-commerce fulfillment, maintain inventory accuracy, and improve distribution operations to ensure customer orders ship accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Pio automation operations, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance and vendor support.
• Oversee order fulfillment from picking and packing through shipping, including urgent orders and exceptions.
• Optimize inventory placement, bin utilization, and warehouse workflows to improve capacity and productivity.
• Partner with inventory control and IT to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records across automation, warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP platforms.
• Track fulfillment speed, order accuracy, and system uptime; improve processes and develop SOPs.
• Train and support warehouse team members on systems and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or automated distribution;
  Pio or similar warehouse automation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and WMS/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive approach and comfort working directly on the warehouse floor.

Saturday shifts may be required during peak season.
