The Receiving & Returns Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all receiving and returns activities within the Distribution Center, ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of inbound shipments and returned merchandise. This role supervises daily operations related to receiving, inventory transactions, inspections, returns processing, and documentation while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational excellence. The position works closely with carriers, vendors, Customer Service, Brand teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and ensure service level expectations are consistently achieved.
The Supervisor is also responsible for fostering a safe and productive work environment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse.
