Step into the role of Radiological Technologist Supervisor with Vancouver Coastal Health at Sechelt Hospital. This position emphasizes leadership and clinical excellence in medical imaging services.

In this supervisory capacity, you'll be responsible for directing the Medical Imaging team's operations and ensuring high-quality patient care. Your leadership will guide staff development, promote adherence to safety standards, and oversee the implementation of key departmental policies. Engage in significant evaluation and coordination efforts that enhance research initiatives and inform overall service delivery across health facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical operations in the Imaging department

• Ensure compliance with medical imaging standards and guidelines

• Mentor and provide training to team members

• Compile audits and performance data for quality assurance

• Participate in departmental research and project planning

Requirements:

• CAMRT certification and completion of advanced CT training

• Minimum four years’ experience in radiology procedures

• One year experience in a supervisory role

• Valid CPR certification (BCLS)

• Proficiency in PACS and radiology software systems
