Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist
Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) invites you to join Sumac Place in Gibsons, BC, as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker on the Adult Tertiary Rehabilitation team. This role contributes to a client-centred recovery model and supports individuals with complex mental health needs toward community reintegration.
Reporting to the Program Coordinator and collaborating with nursing staff, you will provide daily living support, skill-building, and access to resources.
