This pharmacist role reports to the Pharmacy Manager and requires a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A license. You will be responsible for managing medication supply levels and educating patients about their prescriptions. Additionally, leadership and training for pharmacy staff are vital components of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately prepare and dispense medications to patients
• Monitor medication inventory for adequate levels
• Counsel patients about medication use positively
• Drive community health awareness through initiatives
• Address patient and doctor inquiries with efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A license
• Strong customer relationship skills and professionalism
• Excellent leadership and performance-management capabilities
• Experience with marketing strategies in healthcare
• Proficient with Healthwatch and/or KROLL software
