Position SummaryThe Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designs, implements, and supervises individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs. Responsibilities include assessment, behavior intervention plans, supervision of RBTs, data collection and analysis, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Lead cross‑functional teams supporting client treatment plans.
- Administer assessments (e.g., ABLS‑RR, AFLS) and create goals based on assessments.
- Implement treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments, behavior support plans, and behavior reduction plans.
- Serve as member of an interdisciplinary team, providing consultation and communication.
- Provide training and education to staff, caregivers, and stakeholders.
- Give ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and supervise them in accordance with BACB standards.
- Participate in treatment meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a positive safety culture and follow all safety practices and policies.
- BCBA certification required (or within three months of certification). Must meet BACB supervisor requirements.
- Licensure or eligibility to seek licensure through the State of Missouri.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance.
- Excellent skills in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ABA assessments and intervention planning.
- Supervisory experience preferred.

- Starting pay: $79,000.00 per year.
Full Time (35 hrs/week). Monday‑Friday schedule to be determined.
