Unit Manager Status: PRN (As Needed)

This flexible, entry-level role is ideal for individuals pursuing a Nursing, Imaging, Laboratory, Respiratory Therapy program and seeking hands‑on experience in a hospital setting. As a Healthcare team member, you will support clinical staff by performing non‑licensed patient care tasks, administrative duties, and unit support functions based on your current skill set and training. This position offers exposure to multiple departments and is tailored to match your strengths and interests while contributing to high‑quality patient care.

• Provide clerical support including answering phones, filing, and data entry
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in patient care areas
• Participate in training and educational opportunities to expand clinical competencies

• Currently enrolled in a nursing program or completed pre‑nursing coursework
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated reliability and eagerness to learn new skills.
