As a PRN DSP, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in living independently and achieving their personal goals.

We are primarily hiring for Evening (3-11pm) and Weekend (varies) PRNs but encourage anyone to apply.

  Help residents with their goals, big or small, and celebrate their achievements. This includes daily living activities such as personal care, household chores, and cooking.

  Maintain accurate documentation of services provided to ensure all team members are up to date on care given.

• Experience is great, but we believe in potential and the power of a positive attitude.
• Must be 18 years of age or older, have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to successfully pass a background check, and have a driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance. This position requires the transportation of clients.
• Must be able to pick up hours on short notice.
  
  Availability for evening and/or weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed.

• Previous experience in direct care, healthcare, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
