Advanced Pet Care of Sedalia is a cutting-edge, full-service, small animal practice that provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. The facility includes 4 exam rooms, open treatment area, individual DVM workstations and amenities such as:
- Well stocked pharmacy
- Brand new ultrasound – training provided!
- 2 anesthesia machines
- Surgical laser
- Digital radiography
- Updated dental unit and digital dental radiographs
- Avimark software
- Closely supervised hospitalization area
- Indoor kennels and outdoor walking areas
Come extern with us! Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide 1st-4th year veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help have them 'practice ready' by their first day in practice.
Externships are typically 2 weeks long and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed.
Length of externship is flexible and we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.
