Life Care Center of Skagit Valley is located in Sedro-Woolley, Washington, offering a peaceful environment with access to the North Cascades. Earn a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for all full-time RN new-hires. Evening shift differential is $2/hour and night shift differential is $3/hour, with a base pay starting at $45/hour. Our patient-centered care approach is the top priority as we work to positively impact residents daily.

Position Summary

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The RN will evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.

You will provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
  • Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state. Must maintain an active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
  • CPR certification at hire or obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
