As an Applebee's Server, you will provide guests with a friendly, first- and last‑impression, making recommendations and anticipating their needs. You will work hard but enjoy the experience.

• Welcome guests and ensure a positive first impression.
• Make recommendations and anticipate guest needs.
• Provide excellent service throughout the dining experience.
• Work shift hours, including up to 4 hours of standing, moving items, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Follow health and safety procedures, including wearing protective equipment and using disinfectant supplies.

• At least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact on guest experience.

Wages start at $6.75 per hour plus tips. We offer competitive wages, Daily Pay* (not available in California), flexible work schedules, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and a clear career path.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds for long periods. Must maintain cleanliness and safety protocols, including hand washing and protective coverings.
