Merchandising Sales Associate

• Completing planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintaining visual merchandise standards.
• Performing measurements, store layout initiatives, and cycle counts.
• Hanging signage and assembling merchandise and fixtures.
• Providing excellent customer service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Add Value.

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise.
• Travel required between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move merchandise up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical tasks throughout shifts.
