They maintain well‑stocked inventory, assist customers, and provide expert advice. As a Delivery Driver you will use company‑provided vehicles, safely deliver automotive parts, and enjoy career stability and growth opportunities. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.

• Customer Service Excellence – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues.

• Minimum age of 18.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
