Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Occupational Health & Safety
Trillium Construction is seeking a full-time Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee safety programs and regulatory compliance across commercial and industrial construction projects.
This is a direct-hire opportunity and the annual salary is $75,.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage company-wide safety programs.
- Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and safety training.
- Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain safety documentation, site-specific plans, and performance reports.
- Travel regularly to project sites and collaborate with field leadership.

Qualifications- 5+ years of construction safety management experience.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety.
- Experience with inspections, incident investigations, and employee training.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Relevant bachelor's degree preferred.
- OSHA 30, OSHA 500/510, CHST, CSP, and First Aid/CPR preferred.
