AutoCAD Designer​/Drafter ; Multi-Family Construction; Mid-Senior Level

Blue Sky Tie Down Systems is actively seeking an Auto Cad Designer/Drafter for our growing company. This position is a full-time position with opportunity for growth and advancement. All Auto Cad Designers must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and will require them to have construction knowledge and Auto Cad experience working with wood structures. They must be detail oriented, quick, and precise.

• Proficient with AutoCAD with 1-3 years experience.
• Experience with multi-family floor/roof truss design a plus.
• Accurate design of components for multi-family wood framed construction projects.
• Understanding and Ability to read and review construction blueprints.
• Communicate with Customers regarding problems or concerns with designs.
• Draft and/or Review designs specific to Blue Sky Tie Down Systems.
• Communicate with all departments to ensure accuracy and completion within the allotted time frame.
• Excellent Attitude and Attendance.
• PC skills as well as comfortable grasp of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able conscientious to timelines.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have good communication skills.
