Key Responsibilities:

• The co-op will be assigned to a specific project in a Focus Factory.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams on a daily basis, contributing to innovative and technically challenging projects.
• Support design and development of mechanical components, fixtures, and assemblies.
• Conduct tests, measurements, and data collection to support product validation and improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance) to analyze and solve engineering problems.
• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Observe and learn about lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Your

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
• Assertive approach to solving problems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
