• Investigate and measure current states for all scrap process catalogs.
• Create database catalog that clearly captures causal areas for scrap process, analytics and reporting.
• Work with production and engineering teams to verify proper scrap coding and classification.
• Assist with creating and updating standard work instructions, checklists, and quality documentation related to scrap handling.
• Observe, learn, and practice the fundamentals of quality management systems (QMS), Lean Manufacturing, and problem solving tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
• Extremely self‑motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Assertive approach to solving problems and ability to prioritize.
• Experience building reports in Power BI.
