We are seeking overnight caregivers with a heart for service to join our positive culture and impact-driven team.

Clients are located in both New Braunfels & Seguin

SYNERGY Home Care offers:

• Competitive pay ($15-$17/hour)

As an overnight caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Monitor clients during the night to ensure safety and respond to any needs
• Assist with bedtime routines such as toileting, changing, or transferring to bed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Record and report any changes in condition, behavior, or sleep patterns
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Perform light housekeeping tasks if needed (e.g., laundry, tidying)
• Remain alert and available throughout the shift, with rest periods only if permitted
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements

• CPR & First Aid certification
• National background check/ Drug Screening
• A valid driver’s license
• Proof of car insurance/registration
