Mileage reimbursed at $0.50 a mile.

Job DescriptionOccupational Therapist is responsible for comprehensive assessments in the patient's home, including the completion of skilled documentation through Homecare Homebase.
- Evaluate patients and perform appropriate therapy interventions.
- Develop a comprehensive plan of care and coordinate multi-disciplinary care.
- Perform prompt clinical documentation and visit notes.
- Continue communication with physician, care team members, patient and family.
- Comfortable working in all aspects of the home health setting.
- Manage patient treatment and outcomes directly, or through COTA supervision.
- Strong organization skills and time management.
- Able to multitask and accomplish and meet timelines.
- Professional appearance and effective communication skills.
- Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- One year of occupational therapy experience.
- Current Texas driver's license.
- CPR certification.
- Experience with healthcare software (Homecare Homebase preferred).
- Previous Home Health experience is helpful, but not required.
