Seeking Occupational Therapists in the Home Health setting! Per-Visit Rates

$75 per regular OT Visit

$112.50 per OT Eval

$187.50 per OT SOC

Mileage reimbursed at $0.50 a mile.

Job Description

Occupational Therapist is responsible for comprehensive assessments in the patient's home, including the completion of skilled documentation through Homecare Homebase.

  • Evaluate patients and perform appropriate therapy interventions.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan of care and coordinate multi-disciplinary care.
  • Perform prompt clinical documentation and visit notes.
  • Continue communication with physician, care team members, patient and family.
  • Comfortable working in all aspects of the home health setting.
  • Manage patient treatment and outcomes directly, or through COTA supervision.
Requirements
  • Strong organization skills and time management.
  • Able to multitask and accomplish and meet timelines.
  • Professional appearance and effective communication skills.
  • Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
  • One year of occupational therapy experience.
  • Current Texas driver's license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Experience with healthcare software (Homecare Homebase preferred).
  • Previous Home Health experience is helpful, but not required.
