The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales mentality, be motivated to succeed, and have good organizational/interpersonal skills with a customer focus. This is an in-office position.

• Assist customers with insurance needs (new policies, edits to existing policies, payments, renewals, reinstatements) and answer questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk based on condition and characteristics.
• Prospect and develop clientele through networking and marketing; collaborate with the office manager to attract new customers.
• Handle administrative tasks, policy renewals, and coordination with underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Customer service/insurance sales experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
• Valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing
• Basic computer skills; strong written and verbal communication; good people skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn company software
• Complete continuing education courses as required to maintain active license with TDI (paid by A-MAX)
