Licensed Salon Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager to lead our Sport Clips Team and serve our established clientele in Seguin. Compensation is up to $70,000+ per year including tips, with biweekly bonuses tied to store goals.

• Supporting, motivating and managing the team members to meet established goals
• Providing a Championship Haircut Experience for clients
• Leading the team by example to reach their highest potential

• A valid Texas cosmetology or barber license
• Salon management experience, 1 year (Preferred)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
