WhatYou’ll Do
As the Assistant Manager, you’ll partner with the Center Director and lead the donor floor, owning key parts of daily operations while ensuring a safe and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities- Own day‑to‑day operations, keeping donor flow and retention smooth.
- Partner on strategy with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance.
- Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
- Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards; support audits and inspections.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Recruit, develop, and grow team members, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs and updates.

- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (‑40°C) for short periods.
- Ability to work day, evening, weekend, holiday, and extended shifts as needed.
