Compensation: Up to $70K ($50K-$55K base + up to 25% monthly bonus) + benefits

Travel: 8 weeks of paid training with travel and accommodations provided.

As the Assistant Manager, you’ll partner with the Center Director and lead the donor floor, owning key parts of daily operations while ensuring a safe and welcoming experience.

• Own day‑to‑day operations, keeping donor flow and retention smooth.
• Partner on strategy with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance.
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards; support audits and inspections.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit, develop, and grow team members, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs and updates.

• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (‑40°C) for short periods.
• Ability to work day, evening, weekend, holiday, and extended shifts as needed.
